The Department of Tourism, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, conducted a comprehensive sensitisation training program for registered homestay operators in West Kameng, Lower Subansiri, and Papum Pare from 5th to 25th October 2017. This initiative, guided by Raj Basu of ACT, commemorated the Paryatan Parv, a nationwide celebration of tourism. The training aimed to enhance the hospitality skills and sustainable practices of homestay operators, ensuring a high-quality experience for visitors. Through this program, the department seeks to promote eco-friendly tourism and empower local communities, contributing to the overall development of the tourism sector in Arunachal Pradesh.
